Delete your account

Last updated 2 June 2026

How to request deletion

Email info@gymbro.com.au from the email address on the account you want deleted. Use the subject line “GymBro account deletion request.” You do not need to give a reason.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and covers all data associated with your account:

  • Your account, profile, and login credentials.
  • All workout data — uploads, logged sets, routines, programs, and session history.
  • All coaching reports, AI-generated audits, debriefs, and chat history.
  • All coach memory generated for your account.
  • All check-in responses and daily tracker entries.
  • All progress photos.
  • All coach-client relationships (if you are a coach, your clients will be unlinked; if you are a client, your coach will lose access to your data).

There is no backup copy to restore from. Deletion cannot be undone.

What we may retain

  • Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) held by Vercel on their default retention schedule — typically 30 days.
  • Records required to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, kept only for as long as the law requires.

Retained data cannot be used to log in to GymBro, access your training history, or re-link to your account.

Export your data first

Before requesting deletion, you can request a full data export. Email info@gymbro.com.au with the subject “GymBro data export request” and we will send you a JSON copy of everything we have on file for your account.
